Efficient: Preference ICC closely follows established phases of sterilization. Related steps are grouped together to simplify and streamline the entire sterilization process.

Durable: Construction details include heavy-duty hardware on all doors and drawers, molded edgebanding to reduce wear and tear, heavy-gauge steel subbase, and chemical-resistant laminates.

  • Process-based design. Helps promote a consistent, accurate, and intuitive sterilization process in four phases: 1) receiving and cleaning; 2) rinsing, preparation, and packaging; 3) sterilization; 4) storage.
  • Molded edgebanding. Seals and protects the edges of all dental cabinet doors and drawers.
  • Solid surface backsplash. Features a smooth and seamless cove that is easily cleaned.
  • Soft-close doors and drawers. Allows for smooth and quiet operation.
  • Coordinated color palette. Provides beautiful colors and finishes to match Preference Collection dental cabinets so you can create a coordinated look throughout your office.
Receiving and cleaning phase

  • Upper storage with foot-activated door. Keeps dirty instruments and materials from contaminating other areas; includes red lighting to visually indicate that items in this area are not yet processed.
  • Presoak drawers. Features a spill-resistant design and includes stainless steel transfer baskets to simplify presoaking.

Rinsing, preparation, and packaging phase

  • Upper storage with foot-activated door. Provides a convenient place for bulk materials and other supplies.
  • Large sink with extendable, foot-activated faucet. Simplifies the cleaning of awkward, oversized items.
  • Counter-mounted high-volume evacuator (HVE). Easily removes liquids from surfaces and presoak drawers.
  • Foot-activated, built-in dryer. Increases efficiency and helps extend the life of your instruments by preventing corrosion and rusting.
  • Motion-activated soap dispenser. Reduces the risk of cross contamination.
  • Glove and towel dispensers. Keeps gloves and towels off the countertops and out of the way.
  • Integrated task lighting. Provides soft ambient light to illuminate the countertop.
  • Clock/timer. Features a large LCD display and dual programmable timer functions.

Sterilization phase and storage phase

  • Upper storage with foot-activated door. Features quiet, high-efficiency fans to keep instruments dry and minimize the chance for corrosion; includes blue lighting to visually indicate that items in this area are sterilized.
  • Cassette storage area with 12 instrument racks. Stores up to 80 standard cassettes.

  • Waterproof, slide-out countertops. Provides space for small equipment; features an integrated groove to contain spills and channel fluid for easy removal.
  • Knee-activated drawers with specialized waste containers. Allows staff to easily manage waste materials according to guidelines including sharps and biohazard waste.
